Bulldog Band

The Lakeland Village School Band

 

 

The Bulldog Band is active organizations that

 

support the Lakeland Village School, the Lake Elsinore School District and the

 

surrounding community. The Band performs

 

throughout the year at pep rallies, concerts, festivals and public

 

ceremonies. The members of the band are dedicated, talented

 

students who volunteer their time and efforts to support the

 

community. The Bands have consistently received excellent and

 

superior rating at many music festivals. The combine bands are

 

under the direction of Mr. Tom Price.

Tom Price

 

Tom Price has been a band director since 2006.  Before his career as a teacher, Mr. Price was a member of the United States Military Academy Band (West Point Band).  The West Point Band is one of three "Premier Bands" in the United States Army.  As a member of the West Point Band, Mr. Price has performed for numerous US Presidents, foreign dignitaries, and audiences throughout the United Staes and abroad.   He was a member of the West Point Tuba Quartet and Heritage Brass Quintet and was a featured performer with the US Army Band "Perching's Own" in Washington D. C.  His resume includes Carnegie Hall, Tanglewood, the Disney Institute, Mid-West Music Convention, the Julliard School of Music, Lincoln Center, as well as most major Universities and Colleges in the country.  

 

It was an honor to represent the nation and the US Army while serving with the West Point Band.  And, it is also an honor to get to work with the children of Lake Elsinore and watch them become the best musicians that they can be.
